You are welcome to use the family room, the kitchen, dining area or balcony. I ask that no food is brought downstairs, or eaten in the rooms. Guest access a bedroom, bathroom, family room, dining room, kitchen and terrace Other things to note My teenager daughter lives with me part time. And I have a cat that is mostly by my side, and a dog visit us occasionally. Both pets are well trained and quiet. My guests as well as myself find that Uber/Lyft are the best price and most convenient ways to travel to and from my places. An Uber to the monuments can be as low as $10.00 and as high as $20 on peak hours. When traveling with 3 to 4 people that\'s the same amount of money that you would be paying by using public transportation if not more. I am about 4 miles from Ft McNair, 2 miles from Union station and an Uber would average $10.
